[Veritas-bu] NBU 5.1 and 6.0

How about the issue of not upgrading to any new version of software (Veritas
or otherwise) until there's at least one major patch level out (like MP1)?
The reality is most software is driven to market before it's really ready so
it's only natural there will be bugs. Why put yourself in a situation where
you'll have to deal with more problems? Wait a bit until some of these
issues are resolved and you'll be much better off.
Sounds like you need to have a sit down with your messaging team and find
out the reason they are so intent on you upgrading. My suggestion is to
fight this very hard.

issues. I have a messaging team trying to force upgrading my 5.1
environment to 6.0 for some reason. Does anyone know if 6.0 works with
Exchange better or even have a reason I can push back at them to say no we
don't want to upgrade yet
