[Veritas-bu] Configuring a Shared Drive

I am getting a strange message when trying to configure a shared drive to a
media server we have just upgraded. 
 
Residence is not licensed for shared drive support(37).
 
I find no documentation on this, the correct license keys are loaded. This
is strange because we have upgraded our other media servers and didn't have
this problem when we configured the drives.
