This being a Veritas release, I would wait until MP1 comes out,
personally. Also, due to the amount of internal core processing stuff
that they changed, I would wait...

Also, what is 5.2?

Just read that NBU 6.0 has not long been released!! In your own views
any reasons to or not to upgrade and stick with NBU 5.2 for Win2003 and
3.4 for NT 4? Any pitfalls to upgrading direct on the Server itself?
