Windows doesn't have a "root" user. It has "administration
privileges". We don't use Windows as a NB Master but I imagine if you
do you'd have to have those privileges there.
I'd strongly advise AGAINST going to Windows over Unix but
then again I'm a Unix Systems Administrator.
