I recently set up a new policy to do a full backup of all systems
once a month. This backup is kept around for a year.

I set it up to run on the first day of the month. Well, it fired
up as predicted and ran. Over and over. Many systems did'nt get backed
up because the window closed. One system(A windows box) backed up 14
times in one night. In fact it was the ONLY system that did get backed
up in the window. It's bacups were partially successful; Status code - 1

Now I think I know what happened. When setting up a policy, there
is a checkbox called "Retries allowed after runday". What I think
happened is that since the backup did'nt exit with status code 0,
NetBack tried again and again. Every time it tried, it got exit status
1. Not successful, so it tries again.

This the case? I need to look at VSP again on this system. I
thought I had set it up. Guess not.

Chris...
