[Veritas-bu] Experience with Data Link doing support for Netb ackup?

I used Datalink from the ground up for a Veritas system install and support.
I never had a problem with them and their local engineer assigned to our
account was just plain brilliant. He even provided me (NBU admin) with his
personal cell, home and pager number if I ever needed to get in touch. I
would call him and bypass the first level support. It worked great. Their
second and third level support via phone was also great. I would recommend
them with high marks.

suggesting they can do our Netbackup support cheaper than Veritas
(Symantec).

Does anyone have experience with using this company for support and if so
