# -----
# 1 Drive is configured automatically - no entry is needed in st.conf.
#
# The 3rd party devices do apparently work with the configurations listed.
# All the entries have been taken from the net and probably have worked in
# the past, but have not been tested by Sun Microsystems. Use these
entries

Folks,
Does anyone have a st.conf entry for the STK STK 9940B drive,
please? I think this will fix Mirko's problem.

Cheers,

Richard.

Richard,

good answer, thanks a lot! I'm using the default st.conf for my STK STK
9940B drives...

The device configuration manual has a st.conf included that states the
9940B
as a
60GB device which is not really correct as we use 200Gb cartridges... any
idea what to
do?

Thanks a lot!

Take care,
