I'm using Disk Stagging in order to get the best speed possible out of our 
Two LTO2 tape drives.

I'm getting 30MB/sec per drive going from DSU_to_Tape on the master 
without having to multiplex the media.

Previously when i was backing up from client_to_master_to_tape i was only 
getting at best 10MB/sec per drive.

I'm using the DSSU to improve tape drive performance.

It doesn't bother me if the primary image is not located on the DSU. If i 
had a couple of terrabytes of backup data, then it might bother me but for 
right now putting in my 4 LTO2 tapes to do a restore is fine.

For the time being, i have the DSSU mounted on a SAN. All 4 separate 
DSSU's are located on the same partition just in separate directories.
