This happens from time to time when there is a flood of jobs hitting the
server at one time. Adding more memory to the jnbSA application may help
with this. I just usually hit refresh and it goes away without a problem.
That is, when I actually use the activity monitor...

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Activity Montior failed and must be restarted.
All,
I run the Activity Monitor - NetBackup Administration Console under Solaris
8, after 24 hours or so I get the following error:
################################################################3
Activity Monitor Failure
Activity Monitor failed and must be restarted.
To recover, first correct the problem described below and then select
Refresh.
Connection to bpjobd daemon on server SERVERNAME failed.
################################################################
Normally, I just hit refresh and everything comes back again, but I was
wondering is this a bug, or should I allocate more memory to the jnbSA
application?
Thanks,
Justin.
