Have Storage Console, love it.

Having said that, it _does_ cost money, so you need to weigh the value
of your time against its cost and see what comes out on top.=20

You _can_ get long-term history _if_ you plan for it. Before using SC,
we ran daily dumps of bpdbjobs -all_columns and stored it for later
retrieval. That worked fine for creating historical views with the
existing scripting.

I have to agree with the "rather be an admin than a report generator"
statement. I have been harassed quite a lot less about reporting since
we started using SC.=20
