The Q drive had been deleted and recreated, so the disk signatures
contained in the restore media did not match the disk signatures
contained in the cluster quorum, hence the message about the corrupt
quorum.

restore the quorum.

There was a post here recently about restoring a Windows
cluster.

I believe there was a link to a technote that said something
about adding/deleting/modifying a reg key that would allow Netbackup to
restore the quorum, and allow cluster services to start, in spite of the
signature of the quorum disk having changed.

I can't find it in my favorites, or by searching messages in my
veritas list folder, or by searching suppor.veritas.com.
