Does it work if you give the full domain?  ie. Netbackup.blah.com  Are other 
hosts available via short hostname when using ssh, etc?  If yes and no 
respectively you probably just need to modify /etc/resolv.conf on the client

Hi all,
 
I'm having problem accessing NBU GUI using hostname (Can access using IP 
address) from the master server itself. I never encounter this issue during the 
initial install.
 
Anyone encounter the same problem before?
 
OS : solaris 9
NBU : version 5.0
