Hi, im facing some clean tape problems, if someone could help me i
apreciate. I issued two commands, like:

# tpclean -L

No cleaning tape is defined in the device's robot


        It says that i dont have a clean tape defined. It is slot 20, but i can
only see the tapes from 1-19, But the guy who manages the tapes says that
the tape is there, and in the slot 20. How can i "see" the clean tape and
how i define it ?? Also i use GUI Netbackup for Windows
