[Veritas-bu] Similar command for lagato networker's nsrwatch in Netbacku

Unfortunately, at least in my experience, there is no equivalent in
Veritas to Legato's nsrwatch or the gui equivalent. If there is, I would
love to see it since we could use something like that for the data
center operators to monitor overnight...
