How is it designed to make more money? It's almost an "on your honor"
type of system. Once you license a feature, there's nothing stopping
you from using it as many times as you want. Don't have enough client
licenses? It keeps backing up... Don't have as many oracle licenses as
database servers -- oh well, still works.

If they really wanted to make money, the software would enforce the
licensing constraints. Then again - nobody wants to be audited.
