Sorry - I missed the already mentioned note from Wayne.  

Does running true image with move detection create a file on each client
That is in the policy with true image / move detection?  

I think we had issues with creating these files in the past with old
3.4?
Have not tried it with 4.5

Not positive - but I believe that specifying Tue image with move
detection is designed specifically for files moved during incremental
backups -
Policy attributes,   might try turning on true image with move detection
and test it?

When a file was moved from other directoy to /tmp, It should have been
picked up. As that file is not in tmp in addition to other files. I
would assume it should be backed up, regardless, as change is here.
