Hi everyone,

  I have a policy for a Windows 2003 server that lists it's backup
selection as follows:

  D:\
  E:\*

  The E: drive is about 750GB and by using the asterisk in the
selections I can break that up over multiple tape drives and multiple
jobs.  This is working fine.  The problem I am having is that there is
at least one directory under E: that I want to exclude.  I have entered
into the Windows Client properties under the exclude list the following:

  E:\foo\

  However, one of the jobs that the asterisk produces when I run this
policy is the very same E:\foo\.  Am I doing something wrong?  Is there
a better way to do this?
