I think this will get tricky. The catalog refers to the servername so your new 
machine needs to have the same servername.
The problem might be similar to the merge of two catalogs.

You might do better using bprecover to the new system as a 4.5 master and then 
_upgrade_ it to 5.1 after you have recovered the catalog.
