[Veritas-bu] bpclntcmd from behind firewall (vnetd client)

I'm trying to run the bpclntcmd command from a client that is behind a
firewall....the firewall has 137224 open for vnetd and client is
configured with "no connect back", but I have a feeling the bpclntcmd
will not work from behind the firewall, correct??
