Upgraded from what version?  Sounds similar to what we are getting on
5.0 MP4.

  Since upgrading to 5.1 MP2 (Solaris), I had been getting occasional
error 41
  (network connection timed out) errors on random hosts.  Also jobs
which completed
  but somehow the scheduler never recognized they were finished.  Since
installing
  MP3 this past Monday, the errors seem to have stopped.  I guess time
will tell.
