Sorry if I didn't make this clear.  I was running 5.1 MP2 when I was
experiencing the #41 errors.  After upgrading to 5.1 MP3, they appear
to have stopped.  From the bug list, it looks like there were a number
of timing issues fixed with this maintenance pack.
