Hi

Just install windows "fresh" on your target system (preserving identical
volume and path structure), then install NBU client (same path as original
system)
Then full restore

You are done  (after reboot you must take care of device messages drivers/
because of new hardware)

Veritas sells the Bare Metal Restore option.  It's not very expensive, but
it looks like it does a pretty good job of solving this issue.  I went to a
demo at their office and it was impressive, but we haven't purchased any
licenses yet (the cost is rumored to drop when 6 comes out).
