If your Shared Option license don't expired, you shoud check the
syslog, can be some hardware comunication problem.

Dear all,

After Re-install master server (master server crash) there are 2 media
servers ( all 3 media servers) cannot backup using their storage unit (but
successful using master server storage unit) The error is storage unit is
not available status 219 but the other one can backup using its storage
unit,

My question is:  is it because the license issue or communication problem ?
