Even if the client is added to a separate policy with a higher priority,
it will still have to wait for a drive to become available, if other
jobs are already running and occupying the all drives.
The higher priority just means that when a drive does eventually become
available, the higher priority job will start before another queued job
with lower priority.

If a job MUST run at a SPECIFIC time, you need to very carefully
orchestrate your schedules, OR have a separate drive/storage unit for
that job.

        The issue arises since some threads occupy all the drives and
some clients will not backup till drives become available; this in turn
may cause issues since the client needs to be backed up at a specific
time. Is the only work around to create an individual policy for the
client that needs to start at a specific time and set a higher priority?
