Hi,

Is somebody familiar with the following SCSI error codes values.

key = 0x4, asc = 0x40, ascq= 0x1

I am not able to find on the Internet.

This is the errorm message reported by tldcd and captured in the syslog file 
on the media server.

tldcd[5593]: TLD(1) key = 0x4, asc = 0x40, ascq= 0x1, UNKNOWN ERROR, 
SENSE_KEY: 0x04, ASC: 0x40, ASCQ: 0x01
