If you want to cancel all and delete all, then you can use "bpdbjobs"
command. You cancel all jobs likee

bpdbjobs -cancel type=Backup 
and then delete all 
bpdbjobs -delete type=back


I would still read the man page for exact syntax, but I do know its works
