This can happen sometimes if your library inventory and Netbackup's
inventory is out of sync.  

You might want to sync these two databases using the GUI or the vmupdate
command.

Tonight a lot of our backup jobs were failed due to "Media is
unmountable" error. It's a litle strange that suddenly many available
medias are unmountable. Have you ever experienced this case? Please let
