The better way to do this is to copy all /usr/openv except
/usr/openv/netbackup/db/images (if you have space then copy all /usr/openv.)

About to upgrade from NBU 4.5 FP6 to 5.1MP2 and was wondering about which
critical files to save off of the master server (Solaris) to an accessible
location prior to the upgrade.  I will complete a catalog backup and that's
all well and good, but that does you no good if you can no longer see your
tape devices.
