Hello Andre'
=20
The short answer is look for Media ID Generation
You will need to fill in the robot number, the barcode length (8 in this =
case) and the Medial ID Generation Rule which in this case could be =
1:2:3:4:5:6 which says to use the first 6 chars in their native order.=20
=20
len=20

Greets,
=20
I just noticed the barcode labels we have contain 8 place holders =
0|0|0|0|0|1|L|2, but barcode reader inserts them using the right-most 6 =
chars 0|0|01|L|2. Is it that NB reads only up to 6 chars? or is there =
something I can do to get it to read all 8 chars.
=20
It seems like a problem will arise later down the road between labels =
01001L2 and 11001L2. Please share how you handle this.
=20
thanks
Andre'
