Arif, 

What is the frequency setting on each of the schedule? 

I have seen this issue when set the frequency setting is set to weeks - try
setting it to days and see what happens

We use Netbackup Data Center 4.5 MP6.
I found bellow entries in bpsched log :

02:51:07.941 [13523] <8> bpsched_main: another regular bpsched is
already examining the policy configuration
03:01:08.243 [14217] <8> bpsched_main: another regular bpsched is
already examining the policy configuration
03:11:07.490 [14910] <8> bpsched_main: another regular bpsched is
already examining the policy configuration
