This is typically caused by incorrect or mis-matched NIC settings between
the client and the LAN.
In our environment our Cisco switches are set to 100FDX no AutoNeg,
This requires the SUN NIC settings to match.

Hi,
My backup was delayed 4hrs due to network connection timed out(41) error
after retrying for backup.
How can I go about troubleshooting "network connection timed out(41)" error?
