Recently one of our Informix database backups went form completing in 3
hours to running over 18 hours. It's a multi-stream backup. Three of the
four streams run at the correct speed (20,000 kbytes/sec +), but the fourth
runs very very slow (100 kbytes or less/sec). It's never the same
tablespace in the fourth stream, of the same tape drives. Has anyone ever
run into anything like this?
