All,

Several of my customers are using WAN links in combination with Veritas
NetBackup 5.x, mainly Windows platforms. From time to time they have
massive problems, all errors seem to relate to dropped packages or other
network related stuff. Somebody at Veritas told me to configure QoS. I
have heard it mentioned before, but have no idea how to set up QoS.
Anybody familiar with it? Will it help?
