Daemons have been restarted twice.

tpconfig -d shows no NDMP drives or robots.

/usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/sync shows no NDMP paths or devices:

The DB Backups are done on the master/media server.

        Just out of curiosity - did you restart the daemons after you
removed
the storage unit?  Does tpconfig -d show any NDMP configured drives?  On the
master you can check /usr/openv/netbackup/db/config/sync file to be
absolutely
sure there are no references to NDMP device/path.  Also, who controls the
robot
for the media/drive you are trying to use for NBU DB backup?
