I would crank up your verbosity to 9 in the bp.conf file

VERBOSE = 9

If this is a windows server you have to adjust this value in the GUI or in
the windows registry.

I suspect your SIZE_DATA_BUFFERS is greater than 64 and you are using a
windows media server.

Hi Gurus,
I am getting the below error whenever I try to restore form the tape... I
tried to restore from 2/3 tapes, but getting the same error...

"Error bptm (pid=14319) cannot  read image from media id AQG301, drive
index 1, Input/output error "

Surprisingly, I am not getting any errors while backing the data on the same
tapes...

Looking for the solution.... ASAP..
