Either add new tapes to Scratch pool if you have empty slots or expire
images on whatever tape you do think no need for it and move to the Scratch
pool.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] Error 96

Hello Everyone,

We have a server running Solaris 8 with Version 5.0, The clients are
Windows We are getting the error 96 for the backups.

I've established that tapes are available in the relevant pool and that
scratch tapes are available. I even moved some tapes from scratch into the
relevant pool.

All to no avail. As far as I'm aware nothing else has changed.

Anybody got any ideas?

Regards

Phil
