If you have a system you _can_ ftp to from the Master server, try the
following:
1. Build a package on the client with install_client_files to get the
/tmp/bp directory created
2. edit the /tmp/bp/bp_client_name to have the required client name
3. scp -r the /tmp/bp directory to the client
4. ssh client sh /tmp/bp/bin/client_config
A variation of this that I like to use is to create a tar file for each
OS I need, based on step 1. This way I have pre-built packages that I
can easily push and untar.
