You mast go to host properties -> master server -> cliesnts  add the client
you want to configure and then you can shuttoff the vsp

We are using 5.1 also and I don't see an checkbox.  Do you have the
commandline syntex?

With NetBackup 5.1 you can use the bpclient command on the server to turn
off or change the action of vsp.
