Hello Kathy-

You say "when I access my catalog", I'm not sure what you mean by that.

I might guess that you are trying to do a restore?

If so, are you browsing the restore GUI and finding that you can only 
select files from a month ago?

If so, I suspect you might need to modify the "date range" that 
you're using.  In recent versions of NetBackup, you would do this by 
choosing "Actions --> Set Date Range" from within the "Backup, 
Archive, and Restore" application.
