How is the master/media platform? In Solaris platform you need to
check some kernel minimal parameters, see link below:

        You should check also the OTM configuration, below has a suggestion
of values, also verify if there are enough espace to the snap.

OTM_Cache_Size_Init = 1500 
OTM_Cache_Size_Max =2000 
OTM_Error_Control  = 2 click Retry in the error control box
OTM_Current  = yes Snapshot - individual drive snapshots
OTM_Use  = yes    (no is disable) Enable OTM during backups (when checked)

I've recently been getting the following errors on one of my backups.
I am running Netbackup BusinessCenter ver 4.5 and the policy is set to
backup a snapshot from our SAN.

backup of client aeneas exited with status 11 (system call failed)

The error occurs at different stages and at different files each time.

Any help would be really appreciated.
