Hi,

This is the correct way to unfreeze media, but it would seem that if it
is becoming frozen again and again, then it would suggest that the media
is corrupt. Check through the bptm logs on the media server which is
handling this media at the time of the problem. If logging is set high
enough, you should see some indication as to the reason for failure.
Is the media always mounted in the same drive when it is frozen ?  If
so, you could also look into whether there might be any hardware
problems with the drive.......most likely to be corrupt media though.
