We have an STK L180 and could not get the library based cleaning to work 
automatically.  STK claims it works but it never did.  I tried the 
/usr/openv/volmgr/database/NO_TAPEALERT, it didn't seem to work.  I ended up 
using Tape alert.  It works great except if your tape drives go bad and starts 
using up all the cleanings.  Nothing is perfect.

The drives are raising a TapeAlert as they want cleaning, but no cleaning tapes
are available in NetBackup - as you are doing library based cleaning.

Either configure the library to NOT send TapeAlerts, or use the following
touchfile (UNIX) to disable this functionality:

/usr/openv/volmgr/database/NO_TAPEALERT
