[Veritas-bu] Tape ID cannot detect it on netbackup 5.0 (win2003)

I don't know anything about your library hardware, but I'm assuming it has a
barcode reader!

You could run robtest from within netbackup, and query the library using "s s"
(show slots). If it says something like barcode = no then the library isn't
giving netbackup any barcode information.
