There's an alert - and a lot of grumpy end users - about the new
undocumented methods in the exclude list.
Basically, though, everything has to be an absolute path.
No longer:
*.dbf
core
now you have to:
/blah/blah/blah/*.dbf
/home/username/core
I don't know - and let me know if this works somebody, if you can do this
/home/*/core

Have just noticed that since going to 5.1, some clients are backing up files
via filesystem schedule that are ( or were ) excluded. Have tried generic
exclude_list file, have tried specific policy named file, doesn't seem to
work anymore. Am I doing something wrong ?
