[Veritas-bu] IDR with NBU 4.5 MP5 error

Hi,

I have a customer with NetBackup 4.5 MP5 and we are trying an IDR test. When
we had the full backup of a windows client machine with active directory and
his IDR information, we made the IDR diskettes and boot from these
diskettes, all was correct until the IDR wizard that show an error
connection with master server: "An error occurred while querying the server
for backup images. You will not be able to perform the restore" and in BPRD
log shows things like these:

We check that the directory for the client exists in DB of Master Server and
the permissions are correct, also check IP´s and hostnames, and check that
exists the IDR information in Master Server for the client. 

I´m sure that the problem is a connection problem... but I think that we
check all the connections points... If someone haves an idea, please write
me...
