I've had some good feedback ... the 1st was that I need to go from mp6 =
to FP3 first, and then FP6 and FP7. Is this true?

I also expect some vault reporting to work better. We also have some =
special BPTM and BPSCHED binaries that were carried forward that forces =
us to go to FP7 or 5.1 to cover TLH libraries and NDMP support. Karen =
G. and us have an IBM 3494 tape libary and we have the new IBM 3592 tape =
drives.

I'm expecting that I'll do a lot of NDMP testing on 3592 drives. =
Before I do this, I want a comfort feeling that people have done FP7 =
with success.

The IBM 3592 is almost 1 TB/tape and 40 MB/sec. Vertias requires that I =
upgrade to FP7 to talk to this robotic equipment. I need your =
feedbackup before I make this big of a move to FP7.

A lot of fixes in FP7, especially for bpsched. We just jumped to it =
from FP6 a week later from 3.4 P5. Works fine for us here. Vault =
reporting seems to be broken in FP6 so we Veritas recommended that we =
jump to FP7. Since then, it's working again for us.
