[Veritas-bu] image expiration

You might want to include a copy number if you use that disk STU as a
staging area for a later duplication to tape.
Your command as written deletes all copies of that image.

we use
bpexpdate -backupid <backupid> -d 0 -force
to clean up our DSTUs
