I want to register every individual mount/unmount of tapedrives in our library.
Now, on Unix media servers I use the drive_mount_notify/drive_unmount_notify 
scripts to launch a little program that does the accounting.
On windows media servers however, these scripts don't seem to exist. I have 
tried creating a drive_mount_notify.cmd script in the <install_dir>/Volmgr/bin 
directory, but unfortunately it won't run.

Does anyone know a way around this? Maybe a different approach, as long as it 
gets me the timestamps of all individual mounts and unmounts?
