Hi,

I had a similar problem when I rebuilt one of my win2K
servers though not through netbackup.

I had some shared folders which would get the "Access is
denied" error. I suspect what was happening is that although
I had all the user accounts moved over the uid's were
different. Once I went into each directory as administrator
and took ownership the "access denied" error went away.

Maybe the shadow image is not propagating ownership
properly?
Just a guess.
