[Veritas-bu] ltid not active on windows 2000 NBU4.5FP5

Michael,
Check the mappings to the robot. I had the same issue in HP-UX and my path
to the robot was invalid. I used the tpconfig utility to change it to the
correct path. Not sure if you have the same utility in Windows or not. It
would be under install path/openv/volmgr/bin.

Subject: [Veritas-bu] ltid not active on windows 2000 NBU4.5FP5
Hello All
I have a strange problem on two new windows 2000 media servers. The device
manager service is started, but vmoprcmd report that ltid is not active.
I have created ../volmgr/debug/daemon and ../volmgr/debug/ltid directory on
the media servers
Unfortunately I can't seem to find anything in the logs
Any ideas/suggestion appreciated
Regards
Michael
